As I mentioned Earlier, LinkedIn PMP Preparation groups are awesome. Being a novice in this area, I get to see other's comments, views, dealing with diversified and effective community. I am still not a Contributor to this group, Will become one some day as I beginning to travel in this course of preparation for the exam.

Here are some questions, I recently read and Consolidated in Evernote/Postach.io ! (Love these tools, as I feel these tools are going to aid my preparations to great extent).

2) In which type of organization is team building likely to be most difficult ?

a. Functional
b. Projectized
c. Matrix
d. Project expeditor
Answer is C (Matrix organization ( whether it is weak, strong or balanced ) would require the team to report to two different managers i.e Project Manager and Functional manager. That would make team and morale building more difficult than in the other cases where you have loyalty to only one manager like Functional Manager in case of Functional Organization i.e option a and the Project Manager in case of Projectized Organization i.e option b)
3) XYZ corporation, a general contractor, entered into a Cost plus fixed fee contract to build houses for the client Tower properties international. The approved estimated cost was 90 M. The total amount that XYZ Corporation gets paid from the client, including for the fees is

A. 99 M
B. 109 M
C. 110 M
D. 100 M
Answer is B (actual cost + Fixed fee = 100 + ( 10% * 90 ) = 109 M)
4) These diagrams rank-order factors for corrective action by frequency of occurrence. They are also a type of histogram. What are these?
A. Control charts
B. Process flowcharts
C. Scatter diagrams
D. Pareto charts
